Welcome to BuzzTap. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About BuzzTap

BuzzTap provides digital business profiles, NFC business cards, QR codes, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, digital contact sharing, and related services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.

4. Subscription Plans

Some BuzzTap services are offered through monthly or annual subscriptions.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

All fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of your account.

6. White Glove Service

White Glove Setup is a one-time design and onboarding service.

Once design work has begun, setup fees are non-refundable.

Minor revisions are included. Extensive redesign requests may incur additional charges.

7. NFC Cards

Physical NFC cards are custom-made.

Because they are personalized, physical products cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

Normal cosmetic wear from everyday use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

8. Digital Profiles

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

You grant BuzzTap permission to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the service.

You agree not to upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing material.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use BuzzTap to:

• distribute spam
• impersonate another person
• violate intellectual property rights
• promote illegal activities
• interfere with the operation or security of the platform

Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or terminated.

10. Availability

We strive to keep BuzzTap available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.

11. Intellectual Property

The BuzzTap name, branding, logos, website design, software, and platform remain the property of BuzzTap.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, or resell any part of the platform without written permission.

12. Third-Party Services

BuzzTap integrates with third-party platforms including Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, social media platforms, and payment processors.

We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or policies of third-party services.

13. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund payments already made for the current billing period unless required by law.

14. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins.

Custom design services and personalized NFC cards are non-refundable once production or design has started.

Refunds for defective products will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

15. Limitation of Liability

BuzzTap shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to BuzzTap during the twelve months preceding the claim.

16. Privacy

Your use of BuzzTap is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Continued use of BuzzTap after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
